Thank you for choosing our service. To ensure a smooth booking process, please make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address while booking your slot. This will ensure that you receive confirmation and any other important communications related to your appointment.
Before finalizing your booking, we kindly ask you to double-check the selected date and time of your appointment. Once you are certain, simply click on the SUBMIT tab to proceed. Please note that the booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please keep in mind that this can only be done once. However, if you inform us at least 48 working hours in advance, we can adjust the advance payment of Rs 300 towards the new slot.
In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we kindly request you to make a fresh booking to secure a new slot.
To ensure that you get the most out of your session, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow you to fully utilize your session without any time lapses.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency on our part (Health issues and other emergencies), we will provide you with a fresh slot.
Emergency appointment will be given by phone call @9073073562 (subject to availability). Fees for emergency session is Rs 1800/- plus One time Registration Fee
FOR ONLINE SESSIONS :
For the session, it is important that we conduct it on Skype/Google meet/ Zoom/ Whatsapp Video calling. Please ensure that you have a private and distraction-free environment. During the session, it should only be you, the client, present. Family members will only be called in when necessary and with your consent.
To ensure a smooth start, please be online 5 minutes before your scheduled session time and wait for a message from our end. Please refrain from sending messages or making calls until you receive a message from us, as it can disrupt the ongoing session.
For the best experience, it is recommended that you have a formal and comfortable setup. Sit on a chair and keep your hands free. Also, make sure your device is placed on a stable platform.
Additionally, please dress formally for the session.
It is important to have adequate lighting, but make sure there is no light directly behind you, opposite to your device's camera.
Finally, please note that recording the session is not permitted from any end. Any violation of this will be considered a breach of contract.
